The English breakfast was sensational with plenty of items to choose from. The room was bright and immaculate, had smoke detectors for the safety. All of the staff members were pleasant and welcoming.

Spectacular location, perfect service and delicious food. Room was tasteful with perfect beds and bright bathroom. Informative staff who were always there to help. The breakfast had lots of food, like cereals and eggs. It was nice to have snacks in the lobby.

The staff there was COURTEOUS, the location was peaceful. Had classic double double room with extra large double bed, lovely toiletries plus comfy bunks. They made my stay special. The terrace bar was busy and the drinks were welcome.

Loved this place, it was fairly clean and had second to none rooms and staff. Our room had a lovely bed and a marvellous view. Coffee and balcony were a very nice touch. Just a walk down to the excellent beach. The quick check-in process too. All in all the stay was truly memorable, we would stay here again.

Nothing beats being in Norfolk Royale. Breakfast was satisfactory, we were provided with the executive queen room. Thanks to chef, who often helped us. We dined out at Wildwood, set really close to the hotel

all main attractions such as lower gardens were so close to this hotel. we went to del marco for dinner, it was only 600 metres away and we were satisfied. we had an enjoyable stay here that met what was needed.
